Our returns process is simple and hassle free. Just call or email us and let us know whether you would like to exchange the socks you have purchased with another pair.

We will cover the cost of sending an exchange to you and ask that you cover the cost of returning the item back to us.

Please note items must be in their original packaging and in excellent sellable condition to qualify for this offer.

Refunds & Replacements

Each item is carefully selected and packaged, which means the vast majority of gifts arrive in fantastic condition. However, should you ever receive a damaged or faulty pair from us, please let us know immediately.


New Zealand Orders

We will send you a return form and a pre-paid courier bag to return the item to us, at our expense. All you need to do is carefully repackage the socks and arrange for the courier to collect it at a time and place that’s convenient for you. 

Once we’ve received and inspected the item, we will either provide a replacement or refund for the socks, as instructed by you.

International Orders

For overseas customers we will provide a refund of the faulty gift upon receipt and inspection. What’s more, we will refund the initial delivery cost – we only ask that you cover the cost of returning the item back to us.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If for any reason you would like to change or cancel your order, you can do this up until the order has been dispatched.
